Mesotherapy with PBSerum is the technique of local weight loss, treating cellulite and tightening.

It is performed with the creation of micronuggets through Dermaroller in order to create the channels for the most effective penetration of microenzymes. With this mechanical minor injury, we achieve the production of collagen and elastin and consequently epidermal tightening.

PBSerum are products having as a basis enzymes which due to their biochemical characteristics , act positively on the skin tissue. Enzymes are special proteins that act as catalyts in the chemical reactions that take place in the metabolism of the organisms.

For the treatment we use:

• The  PBSerum SLIM enzyme, with its exclusive synthesis having as a basis lipase, an enzyme with a strong lipolytic acitvity, can effectively reduce one of the most important causes of cellulite and fat.
• The enzyme PBSerum DRAIN, having as a basis the enzyme  hyaluronidase, provides a strong  draining action  and helps in the reduction of retention.
• The enzyme PBSerum SMOOTH, is based on an effective mixture of  collagenase that has a high fibrinolytic capacity. It acts selectively on the hardened collagen accumulations of cellulite nodules, breaking up the collagen fibres that are accumulated around the fat cells and are responsible for the fibrous cellulite and the appearance of orange peel.
• The enzyme PBSerum LIFT, is a special lyophilized cocktail that offers tightening to skins that have lost their elasticity.
• The keratinase enzyme breaks up the keratinocytes of the complexion in order for the active enzymes of the treatment to penetrate deeper.

Does body mesotherapy with PBSerum hurt?

There is a slight sense of prick that comes from the use of the Dermaroller without any other irritation.

Frequency of the treatment

Twice a week for five weeks. Afterwards, maintenance visits follow  on a case-to-case basis.

What must we be careful of after the body mesotherapy with PBSerum?

The area must not get wet for at least six hours in order for the  uninterrupted activity of the enzymes to continue.

We must avoid exposure to the sun for 24 hours. Clean, comfortable and cotton clothes must be used after the treatment. Homecare The treatment continues with daily care at home between the visits for treatments with the special anti-cellulite , weight loss and tightening products of the PBSerum series.

Are the ingredients used harmful?
